I actively support candidates and clients transparrently through the recruitment process. Once started I cease contacting the candidate through a non interference policy.
Clients vacancy & business matters are kept confidential, as are the discussions with all candidates. Initially headhunting on a no names basis to later reveal all to interviewable applicants.
When appointed I know what needing additional resources means. In being that additional recruitment resource I will interface with you as though you had employed me - As to be expected.
As a Fellow (FIRP) in recruitment with 13 years as a recruiter, my focus is to always headhunting over awaiting advert responses. 95% of my placements are headhunted candidates - Works for me!
The focus is on longer term relationships with clients and candidates, Leading to longer term more reliable placements. All 2017/2018 placements are still in their current roles today.
I review candidates based on previous achievements, who can perform simmilar for their next employer. My main question is always 'How did you achieve that result, can you do it again?'
