A versatile and commercially aware Technical professional with +20 years experience in product and process knowledge covering a wide range of product categories. An effective leader and team builder developing quality in people that can communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally with major retail customers.

Core activities include interim management, audit and consultancy, however, in recent years has specialised in troubleshooting in collaboration with, or direct sponsorship by major retailers. With significant experience of both own label and branded production and has had direct contact with all major retailers and food service companies. Has a strong process & hygiene management background particularly in high-risk food manufacturing.

  • HACCP
  • Finance for Non Financial Managers
  • CIEH Level 4 Award in Food Safety Management for Manufacturing
  • CIEH Professional Trainer Certificate (Credit)
