Logically when we need to advertise in specific arenas, we will add in that cost each time whilst retaining the response handling fully.
Once we have completed your retained project, we also submit you a project report, designed to offer you an insight into the market, the candidate pool at the time, and also what your buisiness reputation is through the project. We give you the report once a candidate has been appointed. Again this can be removed from the process to further reduce the costs to your business.
